Shirley Ballas with Alan Grundy and Nathan Daniel Barry decided
to make the Orange County and our ballroom studio in Laguna Niguel
their home.
Shirley Ballas is regarded as one of the best Latin American coaches worldwide and is the trainer of a majority of the Top Latin Professionals and Amateur Dancers in the World of Ballroom and Latin. She is an adjudicator at Grand Slam Titles and all major Championships worldwide, and has trained most of all the professionals on the DWTS shows around the world.

- 8 times undefeated United States latin american champion;
- international , european and UK professional latin american champion;

Alan Grundy:
He is a former latin UK Open Vice-Champion and a Former Blackpool Latin Champion under 21 yrs! He's outside coach to many studios across U.S. When not teaching or Coaching Professionals on Dancing with the Stars Mark Ballas and Derek Hough, he'll judge!
Nathan Daniel Barry:
Nathan is the name in hip hop, jazz, modern and ballet with dominate qualities in stage work and choreography. Nathan is credited for training and set works on dancer Lauren Froderman ,So You Think You Can Dance winner 2010!
SHIRLEY'S KIDS - MARK, DEREK & JULIANNE
She is extremely proud that under her watchful eye and with her support and training, all 3 kids achieved the high accolade of winning the Open British Championships in their age grades in Latin.
One thing Shirley always maintained was that the kids through their advancing careers as musicians should stay in touch with their roots and the dance industry.
This was honoured by all 3, and their success in the American "Dancing with the Stars", with Julianne winning season 4 and 5; Mark season 6 and Derek winning season 7 .
Four DWTS seasons, 4 mirror ball trophies and one family.Wow!
Julianne Hough has been signed to the Universal country Record Label. Mark Ballas and Derek Hough (BallasHoughBand) are now signed to the Hollywood Record Label.
Londance is looking forward of working hard with Shirley, Alan and Nathan to bring you not just the best of ballroom dancing and other forms of dancing, but to feel our joint love of people and seeing people excited about dance and social activity.
