Our spacious facility is available to rent for special occasions, offering great options for various types of arrangements and events.
We are located very conveniently with a LOTS of parking space!
Our studio is in Plaza de la Paz mall!! Next to us is CVS/Pharmacy; Henry's market; Corner Bakery; Chipotle,....
Total square footage is 3,500 sq. feet. You can rent the Londance Ballroom on Saturdays and Sundays for the day, from 10am to midnight. If your event does not require the whole day we do day rentals (10am-4pm), or evening rentals (6pm-Midnight). If you require different hours, we may be able to work something out. Ask us about long term rental rates.
We can also arrange catering and other services at an additional charge.

Rental Policies
At time of reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental rate is due. Thirty days prior to the event the balance is due (plus sales tax) and a refundable damage deposit of $150. Total hours calculated in whole hour increments. Renters are responsible for set up and clean up unless arrangements have been made in the rental agreement. Please allocate time for set up and clean up activities as the time will be included in your rental hour total. There may be staff present to supervise your event.
